By adopting Front End Loading (FEL) principles the planning and risk analysis is done at the early stages of the project.

Our project managers have full contract responsibility and provide the client with a single point of contact including but not limited to :

QPE Quality staff have at their disposal a well-resourced quality and inspection department which is regularly audited externally and internally as part of our JAS/NZS ISO-9001:2016 certification.

 

Whilst QPE Fabrication takes the lead role and responsibility we engage the services of a  pre-qualified supply chain to carry out specialised services and give us the flexibility to rapidly ramp-up our production to meet the on-call demands of our clients, whilst fully maintaining the responsibility for deliverables and deadlines.
