LARGE CAPACITY CNC MACHINING AND FABRICATION

Our 5600 sq. meters machine shop is fully equipped with large and small format CNC machines and manual mills. The shop has 3 bays, fitted with three 5T overhead gantry cranes each.

​

With some of the largest machinery in South Australia, our CNC machines tool up to 8 metres length. Aside from big capacity, this allows us offer greater scheduling flexibility to accommodate increased workloads.

​

We fulfill every client’s specific requirements with strict quality assurance using our high-precision, large capacity machinery and our high-scale multi-axis fabrication workshops.

QUALITY AND LOGISTICS

AusRAMD Engineering Quality staff have at their disposal a well-resourced quality and inspection department which is regularly audited

externally and internally as part of our JAS/NZS ISO-9001:2015 certification.

Whilst AusRAMD Engineering takes the lead role and responsibility we engage the services of a  pre-qualified supply chain to carry out specialised services and give us the flexibility to rapidly ramp-up our production to meet the on-call demands of our clients, whilst fully maintaining the responsibility for deliverables and deadlines.
